Les Deux Salons

Will Smith and Anthony Demetre asked Martin Brudnizki to design their French brasserie concept located on William IV Street. Showcasing dark oak with specialist red-coloured panelling, long banquettes in rich dark green leather, mosaic patterned flooring and glass orb lighting – the features of the space were created to be reminiscent of 1900s Parisian brasseries in keeping with the authentic and award winning food on offer.
